A Snatch Theft

It was a bright and sunny afternoon. Mrs Ashley was just about to walk out of the lift, when suddenly a man dashed past Mrs Ashley and took her handbag. Mrs Ashley was shouting for help and looking horrified.

A ten-year old boy, called David, was playing nearby at the park and heard Mrs Ashely's shouting. He rushed to Mrs Ashley and asked what had happened. Mrs Ashley told him what had happened. David quickly called the police.

Ten minutes passed. The police arrived. The policeman asked Mrs Ashley, “Can you describe how the man looked like?”
“He was wearing a red hat, white t-shirt and black jeans,” said Mrs Ashley.

The policeman went around the neighbourhood to find the man. He spotted a man exactly, as how Mrs Ashley described the man. He arrested him. Mrs Ashley thanked the policeman and the responsible David for their help.
